Visit the Help Center to learn more about managing custom emoji permissions. To designate emoji managers, select the organizational unit for that role and turn ON “Allow users to manage all custom emojis.”. To limit the creation of custom emojis, select the top-level organizational unit and turn OFF “Allow users to create custom emojis.” You can then turn it ON for specific child organizational units. Within the Admin console, navigate to Apps > Google Workspace > Settings for Google Chat and classic Hangouts > Emoji Options. Admins can also designate emoji managers at the organizational unit level. Admins can limit who can create new custom emojis, including turning it OFF for everyone at the organizational unit level. Admins: This feature will be ON by default for everyone in the organization. If your domain’s classic Sites sharing options are different from its Drive sharing permissions, confirm that access is correctly set for any users outside your domain.
By default, all converted sites now have this setting disabled.
Control whether collaborators can share your site with other users or publish the site in sharing settings. Check that you are sharing with the desired audience before publishing. Since sharing settings work differently in new Sites than in classic Sites, always check your sharing settings after conversion.
